Police in Idaho Falls said on Tuesday they have told a 34-year-old man to stop wearing a bunny suit in public after residents complained that he has been frightening children.
Police warned Idaho Falls resident William Falkingham after a woman said she saw him dressed in the costume, peeking at her young son from behind a tree and pointing his finger like a gun, according to a police report.
An
Anthropaws, a local costume-building and repair services company, brought some cheer and smiles to Bothell's Fourth of July Grand Parade with a crew of furry critters. The company offers full custom-design character suits starting at $800, and has a community involvement division that delights in brightening up local community and charity events through the magic of character performance.
This video is a celebration of the wonderful "magic" that happens when ordinary people put on animal costumes and bring happiness and joy to others, particularly children. Unlike (most) adults, kids still have the capacity to imagine that the fursuiter is not a hot, sweaty performer baking in a suit - but a cartoon character, or maybe their favorite stuffed animal, come to life.
