Unlike users, the self-appointed gods "are free to do whatever they feel like", and "are allowed to break all of the [rules] for any cruel reason, including their own entertainment."

Recently created to cater to the Military Fur (or MilFur) community, the Military Furs forum is up and running as of July 18. The forum is for furries who are members of the military in the United States or any of its allies, be they active, discharged, or retired. The forum offers boards for chatter, discussion and debate, role-playing, and art and is the first forum created specifically for MilFurs.

The following is an edited mass E-mail sent to all furtopia forum users on March 5, 2008 1:16 AM GMT from WhiteShepherd.
“Most of the user accounts and messages have remained intact (I'm guessing 75-80%). Do to the fact that passwords were stolen (and posted on line for considerable time) we have scrambled ALL the member passwords so they must be reset.

I would also like to make an important notice about my last all member e-mail I sent on the 2nd.

This started when one of Furtopia's servers was hacked/destroyed. Not knowing what was happening we rebuilt the server after three days
